Thank you for joining us at Bluecrux Technology Day 2026.
Together, we explored how technology, data, and AI are reshaping business performance. From customer stories and expert sessions to innovations across Binocs, Axon, and Helion, the day was filled with ideas, insights, and meaningful conversations. Revisit the key insights and photos from the event:

  • A connected view of the value chain is becoming operational reality. Zoetis is bringing demand planning, manufacturing, Quality and supply closer together through a common digital foundation, supported by lab scheduling and decision intelligence. At J&J, automated batch genealogy now spans 276 brands, creating a shared foundation for planning, operations and Quality.
  • Inventory is becoming a managed decision, not a static target. Sanofi showed how an end-to-end value-stream map can turn inventory data into clearer policy, safety-stock and optimisation decisions. The programme is expected to support an estimated €150 million inventory reduction by 2027.
  • Quality is earning its place in the plan. Customer stories showed QC capacity, testing and release moving into the same decision flow as supply commitments. The result is a more realistic view of what the organisation can deliver and when.

"Technology Day was a great opportunity to connect with different teams and hear real user feedback.  Seeing how others leverage these technology solutions in their daily work gave me valuable insights. - QC Manager at Top 10 Pharma company

  • Global standards are making local teams stronger. Eli Lilly is moving from separate lab implementations to a reusable global template, with shared business rules, reporting, master data and LIMS-enabled workflows. Astellas demonstrated how the same principle can replace paper schedules and dispersed data with a practical, shared view of workload and performance.
  • Advanced therapies demand a new operating model. Roche and Legend Biotech showed why patient-linked operations cannot rely on disconnected schedules. Coordinating suites, equipment, qualified people, testing and time-critical activities requires one operational picture across Manufacturing, QC and QA.
  • AI is changing the experience of decision-making. The next step is not more dashboards or longer chatbot conversations. It is contextual insight, scenario support and carefully governed agents that help teams understand what has changed, what matters and what action to take.
  • Technology only works when it strengthens the team around it. Neil Martin’s Formula 1 keynote brought this to life: data, simulation and AI become powerful when they serve a clear objective and enable skilled people to make better decisions under pressure.

"We gained many valuable insights to build our IT roadmap linked to integrated supply chain. It was a real pleasure to attend the event. - Global Head of QC & Analytics at Henkel
