Technical Lead for LOP

Bluecrux is a team of business consultants with a passion for supply chain & operations.

To support our customers in their digital transformation, we’ve developed LightsOutPlanning (LOP), a cloud-based augmented planning technology focused on driving digital supply chain business decision. Being a start-up within the broader consulting company, LOP offers a highly entrepreneurial environment. You can have a real impact, whilst enjoying the support of a broader supply chain team. In short, the best of both worlds.

LOP caused quite a stir in the market – and a bit of a short-circuit with us internally. Which is why we’re on the look-out for a Techical Lead to keep the lights on for our small and dedicated LOP team.

Your role

You will take full ownership of the product (development).
You will give clear directions to the product team in terms of architecture, technology, infrastructure, etc.
You will manage and coach the development team to deliver LOP’s features.
You will ensure software development delivers quickly and predictably, leveraging an agile development methodology based on our clients’ changing needs.
You will be the technical expert making important development and technical decisions affecting the team.
You will be highly motivated to spend a large proportion of your time on the development process.
You will effectively communicate technical and business risks to stakeholders to ensure that the most informed decisions are made.
