Read on! As we expand our Talent Acquisition team, we’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in supporting the growth of our Consulting practices.
Your role
You’ll be part of our dynamic Talent Acquisition team and lead the recruitment of top-tier consultancy talent in supply chain and operations across the EU market. You report to the Talent Acquisition Lead.
Your core responsibilities:
Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle: with a focus on candidate experience and quality check on our ambitious standards, you are the guardian and driver of the full recruitment process—from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to business case testing and offer negotiation.
Partnering with our business leaders: strong relationships with hiring managers will be the key to your success, fulfilling their recruitment needs. You serve as their trusted advisor for all recruitment matters, you’ll train and inspire new roles on competency-based interviewing and business case evaluation.
Strategic sourcing: Take impact one step further: you’ll have the chance to lead global sourcing efforts, using tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights to find top talent, analyze market trends, and improve recruitment strategies.
Reporting: Improve and lead reporting on sourcing activities and pipeline performance, providing data-driven insights to hiring managers and the team.
Employer branding: Enhance our sparkling Employer Brand positioning Bluecrux as a top employer in the market by launching social media campaigns, setting up referral programs, and many more.
Your skills
- You have a minimum experience of 3 years in the field of Recruitment; be it in an agency or in-house, complemented by a higher education degree.
- Any experience with recruitment of project-, data- & process-savvy profiles is a plus. At least you are curious and eager to understand your future target audience of Specialists in Supply Chain.
- You are fluent in English. Speaking Dutch or French is a definite plus.
- At all times you have a human focus and an eye to quickly grasp an impression of the talents and added values of candidates.
- You’re not scared to create an impact by informing and challenging your hiring stakeholders at times, therefore you know how to apply the right communication skills and like to take the initiative
- You like to work in a fast-paced environment; you have a growth mindset, a positive attitude, and an outstanding work ethic.
