The PLAN squad designs & implements our customers’ business transformation by defining the future organizational operating model, designing new ways of working & solutions advanced planning systems (APS), feeding their data factory, accelerating their setup towards agile S&OP or guiding them through their end-to-end supply chain planning. We do not work for them but rather with them, and we stand by their side the entire time. That is the only way to make changes stick and flourish.

Your role

Are you ready to take your project management and supply chain expertise to the next level?

As a Senior Project Manager with us, you’ll be at the forefront of redesigning business processes to boost operational efficiency. Your role involves creating new operating models and implementing innovative ways of working. By analyzing current processes, you’ll develop strategies to improve efficiency and drive impactful change.

You’ll lead client workshops to identify their needs and recommend changes to their End-to-End planning methods and overall supply chain operations. Your ability to shape and define project plans will establish a clear path to achieve project goals. Drawing from your extensive experience, you’ll set the methodology and approach needed for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Analysis and Improvement: Identify root causes and drive strategic changes to enhance process efficiency.
• Client Engagement: Lead workshops to understand client needs and propose improvements to their planning and supply chain operations.
• Project Planning: Develop and outline comprehensive project plans, ensuring a clear path to achieve objectives.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor your team, fostering their growth and success.
• Project Management: Oversee a functional area within larger programs, managing deliverables, milestones, resources, and costs.
• Process Integration: Ensure all processes are fully integrated and aligned with best practices.
• Playbook Development: Work with clients to create detailed playbooks that document new processes and organizational changes.
• Implementation Guidance: Provide clear direction and support throughout the implementation phase.
• Hands-On Approach: Be actively involved, driving practical and effective outcomes.
• Internal Leadership: Lead and coach your team, supporting their career development.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at enhancing our own ways of working.
