Brand & Communications Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Brand & Communication Manager. More specifically, we are looking for a strategic thinker with a creative flair, capable of driving brand awareness and engagement in the B2B sector.

Your role:

  • You will develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Bluecrux’s mission, vision, and business objectives.
  • You will translate our brand identity across all business units and in all layers of the organization.
  • You will oversee the creation and execution of (internal & external) brand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media.
  • You will oversee all corporate communication initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.
  • You will manage public relations (PR) campaigns, including media relations and press releases.
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • You will lead market research efforts to understand industry trends, customer insights, best practices, and competitive landscape, using this data to enhance the brand & communication strategy.
  • You will manage employer branding initiatives and campaigns, resulting in driving our strong employer brand forward
  • You will foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the brand team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to branding.
  • You will coach & manage a brand team (Event Mgr., Designer & Brand Associate), fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • You will work closely with the broader marketing-, product-, sales- & consulting teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand presence that resonates with our target audience

Your skills:

  • You hold a (Master’s) degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably in the B2B sector or technology industry.
  • You have a proven record of accomplishment in developing and executing successful brand & communication strategies and campaigns
  • You don’t have to be an expert in our core business,  but we see a genuine interest in the supply chain industry, consulting & SaaS solutions as crucial for this role. 
  • You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • You can think strategically while managing daily operational details
  • You have a creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail
  • You have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Oh, and of course, you are fluent/proficient in English, our internal and external language.
