One of Europe’s leading healthcare partners and distributor of medical equipment operating in 12 countries. The scope of this implementation was focused on the Nordics, covering 6 distribution centres and over 40.000 SKUs.

Anaplan was implemented as a platform connecting their demand planning, supply planning, inventory management and S&OE. We set up exception-based management and dashboards for all planners and we rolled out a flexible safety stock and supply planning logic to enable them to more accurately plan for the right amount of supply. Also, we optimized their truck and container logic to reduce costs.
