Solution
Anaplan was implemented as a platform connecting their demand planning, supply planning, inventory management and S&OE. We set up exception-based management and dashboards for all planners and we rolled out a flexible safety stock and supply planning logic to enable them to more accurately plan for the right amount of supply. Also, we optimized their truck and container logic to reduce costs.
